"Arrived damaged, but they handled it fast"
My bottle showed up leaking a bit in the box. Not ideal. I took a couple photos, sent them over, and customer service got back to me quickly. They sent out a replacement without making it a whole thing. Giving 5 stars because the issue was annoying, but the fix was simple and they handled it well. Easy overall

"Tracking was useless"
Honestly , the tracking barely updated the whole time . I never really knew where my package was , so I just ended up waiting and hoping it would show up . Definitely not a great delivery experience for me .

I ordered from beautycarechoices.com and my package got here faster than I thought it would. The tracking email came quickly too, which was nice, though checking it over and over was probably unnecessary since it only sat for a day before moving. The box arrived in good shape and nothing leaked. Overall, shipping was good, just taking off one star for that little delay.

"My shampoo and conditioner experiment"
I ordered a shampoo and conditioner hoping they’d be the thing that finally helped my dry hair. The shipping went smoothly and everything showed up without any issues, so I was optimistic when I first tried them. After using them for a bit, my hair did feel a little better, but not as much as I was hoping. They weren’t bad at all, just kind of okay for me. I wanted that softer, more noticeable difference, and it didn’t quite get there.

"Rewards are decent, just not a huge perk"
I do like that Beauty Care Choices has a rewards program, and I’ve used my points a couple times when grabbing shampoo or styling products. It’s not a massive discount, but it does help a bit here and there.
That said, the points feel like they add up slowly unless you’re ordering a lot — well, maybe not a lot, but regularly. I forget about them sometimes too. It’s a nice little bonus, just not the main reason I shop there.

My box showed up totally crushed and a couple of the products had leaked everywhere... frustrating. I was excited to get this order but it was ruined by the time it arrived, so yeah I don’t think I’ll be ordering again

"Return took way longer than I expected"
I accidentally ordered the wrong shade and sent it back pretty much right away. From what I remember, the return instructions weren’t very clear, and I ended up emailing more than once just to find out if they’d even received it.
The refund took a lot longer than I thought it would, and it only seemed to move along after I kept following up. Maybe I’m remembering it extra negatively because it was so frustrating, but based on that experience, I probably wouldn’t order again unless their return process gets a lot easier.

I ordered from beautycarechoices.com once, and while it wasn’t a total disaster, I didn’t feel great about the experience. The site looked fine at first, but a few things felt a little off, so I kept checking my confirmation emails to make sure everything was actually right.
Shipping took longer than I expected, and when I reached out, the replies were slow and didn’t really answer much. It kind of felt like nobody wanted to take ownership of the issue, just vague responses without anyone actually helping. I did eventually get my items, but the whole process wasn’t smooth, so I’d probably only order again if I couldn’t find the product somewhere else...

I usually stop here when my regular shampoo is sold out everywhere else. They had most of the brands I like, though the size I wanted was out of stock, which was a little... yeah. Still, it was easy enough to shop, and I’d probably buy from here again.

I had a question about my order and didn’t expect customer service to get back to me that quickly, but they replied fast. They were really nice and helped me figure everything out without making it complicated. I kind of regret waiting and worrying about it instead of just emailing them right away. I like what they offer and the overall setup is decent, but using the website was kind of frustrating. Pages took a while to load, and checkout kept freezing on me, which made the whole process take longer than it should have.

I thought the discounts would help more, but the prices still felt high. I even checked my receipt and the email confirmation afterward, and the savings just didn’t add up to much for me.
